2. Legal Services

API Lawworks offers a range of tailored legal services for software developers, technology startups, and IT consultants. Our services include contract drafting, compliance advisory, and regulatory guidance. Service scope and deliverables will be detailed in the service agreement provided upon engagement.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and training materials designed to address common legal issues in the IT sector. Access to these products is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Our physical goods consist of printed manuals and reference materials. Shipping costs and delivery times will be specified at checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment must be received in full before the commencement of services or the delivery of products.

6. Refund Policy

API Lawworks is committed to client satisfaction. The following refund arrangements apply:

• Legal Services: Clients may cancel or request rescheduling up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, as resources are allocated and consulting time is reserved. Where feasible, we may offer to reschedule the engagement at no extra charge.
• Information Products: Purchases of digital guides and templates may be refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided less than 10% of content has been accessed or downloaded. After this period or usage threshold, purchases are final.
• Physical Goods: Physical manuals and reference materials may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

7. Modifications to Terms

API Lawworks reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to apilawwrk.com. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
